We are a Canadian owned company based in Ontario with over 70 plus years of combined experience in the taxi industry. Members of our team have worked and are experienced in every aspect of the business from driving cab, customer service representatives, dispatching, administration to supervisory positions and taxi brokerage management.

TR Fleet Services is committed to building and maintaining a culture that is dedicated to driver, passenger and public safety.

TR Fleet Services Risk Management processes are the cornerstones of our program objectives. We believe that identifying the risk and correcting it will assist an industry where costly insurance coverage has become unsustainable. By reducing the potential of insurer loss TRFS feels that our Risk Management Program will continue to thrive and be sustainable.

Doug TaylorPresident

As the driving force behind TR Fleet Services innovative Risk Management Program, Doug has a deep and thorough understanding of the hard work & fortitude that it takes to make a living in the taxi industry.

Doug started working in the taxi industry in 1978 as a cab driver. Through the years he became a dispatcher, supervisor and a General Manager in various taxi brokerages in the city of Toronto. Doug is also a certified instructor with the Canada Safety Council in Defensive Driver Training, Q’Straint and AODA Customer Service Standards.

His wide-ranging experience has enabled him to work as a consultant assisting many conventional transportation and paratransit authorities across Canada. Doug has also worked on projects in conjunction with the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) in the paratransit industry.

Nancy LeeVice-President

Nancy brings many years of business administration & management experience in both the corporate sector and the taxi industry to TR Fleet Services. She has comprehensive knowledge of administration quality assurance solutions for our clients.

Her aptitude for administrative organization supports the TRFS team while creating the policies and procedures which are designed to work in conjunction with TRFS’ Risk Management Program. Nancy is skilled at identifying potential issues that may arise and providing solutions and resolutions for both TR Fleet Services and our clients.

Melissa RakRegional Coordinator & Claims Admin

Melissa comes to TR Fleet Services with over 10 years experience as a regional trainer and recruiter for a large Canadian retail chain. She then changed her focus to recruiting for positions from general labour to financial positions.

With Melissa’s extensive experience in administration and personnel assessment she brings valuable knowledge and a keen eye for detail and evaluation for TR Fleet Services Risk Management Program.
